> What information nometa.az collects (contact and newsletter forms, standard server logs), how it is used, which third-party services are involved, and how to reach us about your data.

Last updated: July 20, 2026. This policy covers the nometa.az marketing website only; the SAMURAI product runs entirely inside the customer's own infrastructure.

## What we collect
- **Forms**: demo requests and newsletter signups send us the details typed in (name, email address, company, message).
- **Technical data**: the hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and performance.
- **Chat**: messages and contact details shared through the chat widget.

## How we use it
To reply to demo and contact requests, send the newsletter, and keep the site fast and secure. We do not sell personal data, run advertising networks, or share details beyond our service providers: Web3Forms (form delivery), HubSpot (chat widget), and Cloudflare (hosting). We set no advertising or analytics cookies; the theme preference is stored in browser local storage and never leaves the device.

## Your rights
Form submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle the inquiry; newsletter addresses until unsubscribe. Email info@nometa.az to access, correct, or delete your data.
