# SAMURAI · Terms of Service

> The terms that govern use of the nometa.az website: intellectual property, acceptable use, disclaimers, and how SAMURAI product licensing is handled separately.

Last updated: July 20, 2026. These terms govern the nometa.az website only; the SAMURAI software is licensed under its own agreement (free test license for evaluation, per-deployment licensing for production, described on the Docs page).

## Key points
- **Use of the site**: content is provided for general information about the SAMURAI platform. Browsing, linking, and quoting with attribution are welcome, as is automated access for indexing (search engines and AI crawlers reading this llms.txt).
- **Intellectual property**: the SAMURAI name, logo, and original content belong to the SAMURAI team. Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Juniper, VMware, and other vendor names are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to identify the systems SAMURAI works with; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
- **Acceptable use**: no attacks on the site or its infrastructure, no abusive or misleading form submissions, no spam through the forms.
- **Disclaimers**: the site is provided as is, without warranties; product capabilities described may change between releases. Nothing on the site is a binding offer.
- **Governing law**: the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
